Guest reported a severe pest infestation with cockroaches present in the room and significant mold growth in the kitchenette. Additionally, a missing bathroom window compromised security and a non-functional ceiling fan was replaced by an excessively loud alternative, while the general environment and other residents' behavior raised serious safety concerns.

Found maggots in the hallway and a cleaner sprayed bug spray on the mattress right before making the bed. The bathroom was filthy, there was mold on the carpet, and a wet moldy towel was left in a cupboard.

Exposed electrical wiring from the TV and a power point was just hanging in open space where anyone could touch it. The pipe coverings for the heater were decayed and falling apart.

Guest reported a severe bedbug infestation after one night and felt unsafe throughout their stay, even during daylight hours. The room was described as damaged, dirty, and unsuitable for leisure stays.
