The bathroom drain was so slow that water pooled around my ankles while showering. Despite reporting it, the issue wasn't fixed and the staff dismissed my concern.

There was a sharp green spike sticking out of the bathroom floor, which is a clear safety hazard. The switchboard was also broken.
