Guest reported a critical lack of staff responsiveness and ethical concern when attempting to cancel due to illness, indicating a potential failure in emergency or health-related guest support protocols.
I was in room 1316 near the service room and from 6am every day, staff made excessive noise with trolleys and doors. The noise transfer from other rooms and plumbing was also very disruptive.
Guest reported a theft of personal property from their room and stated that hotel staff conducted an invasive search of their luggage without resolving the incident or providing compensation. The guest also noted that management has refused to take responsibility for the security breach.
