Guest reported significant service lapses during check-in, including being left unattended for an extended period and a failure to process a reservation change request, which impacted their overall sense of security and support.

The gym's air conditioning was non-existent, making exercise unbearable. The equipment was also poorly maintained and the space wasn't cleaned during my visit.
