The hotel was clean and had nice amenities, but I didn't notice any specific mention of safety features like secure locks or emergency information.

Staff were overly restrictive about where my kids could eat in the lobby, creating a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere. This policing behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unsupported.
