The smoke alarm in my room was covered with plastic and a scrunchie, which is a serious fire safety hazard. I also saw water leaking through black mould and exposed electrical wires near the elevator.

Guest reported multiple health hazards including black mold in the shower grouting, bathroom doors, refrigerator, and ranch slider, along with a crumbling toilet seat and missing fire safety instructions. The absence of after-hours arrival instructions also created access and safety concerns.

I was denied entry and discriminated against by a male receptionist after my booking was confirmed. The staff suggested I lie about having COVID to get a refund, and management has been completely unresponsive to my complaint.
