Guest reported excessive ambient lighting from multiple sources, including a large wall fixture, disrupted sleep quality. Additionally, a noisy air conditioning unit was noted, which maintenance attempted but could not fully resolve.

Guest reported prolonged presence of uncleaned glassware and room service trays in corridors for over 24 hours, indicating significant housekeeping lapses that could attract pests or create trip hazards. The guest also noted that corridors were rarely vacuumed during their 9-day stay.

The ballroom had no windows and felt very closed in, which made me concerned about ventilation and emergency exits.
