The hotel staff were extremely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility when I had a billing issue. This lack of accountability and poor communication during a problem is a major concern for guest security and support.

The hotel canceled my booking with less than 24 hours' notice and then became completely unresponsive, leaving me stranded without accommodation. This total lack of communication and reliability created a serious safety and security concern, especially as I was leaving the country.

The apartment was filthy from top to bottom. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants a clean environment.
