Clocktower Apartment Hotel

Arrived to find my room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. The after-hours staff said they couldn't help and would just refund me, which wasn't helpful at all on a Saturday night.

The room was unacceptably dirty with rubbish under furniture and pubic hair on the bathroom floor. My wife felt so uncomfortable she wouldn't sit on the couch.

Guest reported an unrenovated first-floor apartment with kitchenette cupboard doors threatening to fall off and a cockroach infestation. The condition posed both a physical hazard and a significant health risk.

Guest reported that many windows were screwed shut, preventing ventilation and creating a potential emergency egress concern. Additionally, broken or missing fly screens were noted, which could allow pest entry.
