The air conditioner in the living area kept breaking down during a heatwave, making the room very uncomfortable. The broken shower head and low shower also made it difficult to use.

Guest reported a confrontational interaction with staff regarding parking charges, noting the staff member's attitude was described as 'rude' and 'disgusting'. This behavior suggests potential issues with staff professionalism and conflict resolution during guest interactions.
