Hotel Rose Garden Shinjuku

The toilet was broken and the towels were dirty. The room had a terrible smell and stained carpet.

The room was unbearably hot even with the window open, and there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drain. The thin walls meant I could hear everything from outside, including frequent sirens from the nearby hospital.

Guest reported the room was extremely small and difficult to navigate for two tall individuals, one using a walking aid, posing a potential mobility and safety hazard. The lack of storage also created clutter that could increase fall risks.
