Two men claiming to be staff knocked on our door and mocked my wife when she declined entry. Later, someone entered our room without consent, moving the furniture we'd used to barricade the door, which forced us to leave in the middle of the night.

Guest reported a non-functional refrigerator in their room, which could impact the safe storage of perishable items and medications. This equipment failure was not resolved despite a reminder to staff.
