The sinks were clogged in my room. The pool and fitness equipment were also unavailable.

Guest reported unsanitary conditions with urine present on the toilet seat upon arrival, indicating inadequate cleaning procedures that pose a health hazard.

The bedroom and bathroom floors were freezing cold, even with the heat set to 75. The hotel didn't fix it or explain why, and I think it's because there's no room below us for insulation.
