Guest reported extremely dirty rooms and bathrooms, with air conditioner filters not cleaned for months, creating an unbreathable environment. A non-functional window in the room further exacerbated the unhealthy conditions.

The locker in my room didn't work, and there were no locks on the shared toilets. The mattress was so bad it would cause back pain.

The showers were filled with filthy body hair and there was mold on the mattress. I could see spiders and cockroaches in the dirty cracks, and the walls were so thin I heard everything.

Guest noted the hotel's proximity to a football stadium, which may result in elevated noise levels or increased pedestrian traffic during events.
