Guest reported unprofessional bar service where a spilled cocktail was served with visible frustration from staff, indicating potential safety concerns regarding food/beverage handling and staff conduct.

Breakfast service was extremely slow and disorganized. I had to cancel my order after waiting too long with no explanation.

Guest reported woeful external signage and an unmanned reception desk, creating confusion and a lack of immediate assistance upon arrival with heavy luggage. This failure in basic orientation and staff presence compromised the initial sense of security and welcome.
