Guest reported a bathroom window that cannot be closed due to a faulty mechanism, allowing rain to enter the room. Additionally, pest activity was observed in the common inner courtyard area.

Guest reported excessive noise from a club directly below the hotel, with music audible in the room until 1:00 a.m., significantly disrupting rest and diminishing the quality of stay.

No elevator in the building. The three flights of stairs were quite challenging for me.
