The bathroom had mold on the walls and the toilet wasn't clean. It really needed an upgrade.

Guest reported that the in-room water dispenser operated very slowly and produced small amounts, which could impact hydration access. The mini fridge was noted to be ineffective and warm to the touch, raising concerns about food and beverage storage safety.
