The hotel has nearly 800 rooms, so it's not exactly quiet.

No safety concerns were reported during my stay. The room and facilities were well-maintained.

Guest reported the hotel's location requires a 15-20 minute walk from the MRT station along a quiet, poorly lit route at night, and the last shuttle service departs at 9 PM, limiting safe transportation options for evening returns.

The staff's attentiveness and excellent service made me feel well-supported during my stay.
