Guest reported extended periods with no staff at the front desk, including during midday hours, which compromised their ability to modify a reservation and raises concerns about emergency responsiveness. Additionally, the guest noted significant noise disturbances from construction, neighboring businesses, and other guests, severely impacting rest.

The shower was so small it felt unsafe, especially for an elderly person. The neighborhood on Pico Blvd. also seemed sketchy.

The sheets and towels were visibly dirty and grey. The bathroom was grubby and unsanitary, so we couldn't stay the night.

The room was so dirty and smelled terrible, we left immediately and drove home at 2:30 AM. It felt unsafe to even sit down.
