Melbourne Private Apartments - Collins Wharf Waterfront, Docklands

Guest reported significant construction noise from adjacent sites on both sides of the property, which disrupted their ability to enjoy meals and is expected to continue for 2-3 years. Additionally, maintenance personnel entered the apartment to repair a slow-draining sink and a broken tap without providing prior notification to the guest.

The ground floor apartment had a walkway right outside where people could see in if the blinds weren't closed. It didn't feel very private.
