Basic amenities weren't replenished during my five-night stay. This lack of attention makes me question how they'd handle a real safety issue.

Guest reported poor room cleanliness upon arrival, including a used bandaid and dirty cleaning cloths left on the floor. The guest notified reception of the hygiene concerns.
