Guest reported unprofessional staff behavior and unacceptable language during check-in, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. The room was also noted to be unclean with an unpleasant odor.

The hotel moved me to a different apartment without explanation, which felt unsettling. The area seemed questionable with dodgy people around.
