The bathroom had big patches of mold, and a weird cupboard flooded the apartment with a strong mold smell when opened. The bedroom window was taped shut with thick black gaffer tape.

Guest reported severe hygiene and facility hazards including mold growth on bathroom surfaces, a toilet that would not fully flush, a dishwasher containing putrid standing water with food scraps, and cutlery put away with dried food residue. The guest also noted multiple electrical issues, including six blown ceiling lights and a lack of accessible power points for essential appliances.

Guest reported the unit was not in good and clean condition, with a dirty balcony and noisy air vents. The building's age and poor maintenance were noted as concerns.
