Guest reported the hotel is adjacent to a large construction site and borders an area with bars, short-stay accommodations, and visible public intoxication, raising concerns about neighborhood safety.

The staff was completely unhelpful and dismissive when I had an issue. I felt ignored and unsupported, which is concerning in any situation.
