Guest reported the hotel elevator provides direct access to a 7/11 convenience store on the basement floor, which may present a security consideration regarding unrestricted public access to hotel floors.

Staff were unhelpful and rude when I tried to modify my long stay. This lack of support during an 8-night reservation raises concerns about emergency responsiveness.
