Guest reported significant security vulnerabilities including unrestricted building access without swipe cards and a guest remaining in the room after checkout to sleep in others' beds and go through belongings. The digital room key system was also unreliable, locking the guest out multiple times at night.

Guest reported inadequate cleaning in the dormitory, with used cotton buds, tissues, and other debris found down the side of their bed, posing a potential hygiene concern.

The bathrooms on my floor were often closed for cleaning at inconvenient times, causing congestion when everyone was trying to get ready.
