I had two bad experiences at the hotel restaurant over two nights, which impacted my overall stay.

The air conditioning controls worked properly, which was a relief as it's not always reliable in Seoul hotels. I also couldn't hear any street noise from my 10th floor room.

The room temperature was unbearably hot like a sauna for two nights, and the front desk was slow to resolve it. I couldn't sleep properly due to the overheating.
