I was fined for using laundry facilities that were falsely advertised as available. The whole process felt like a scam with inconsistent fines and pressure tactics.

Guest reported a critical lack of door locks or codes, allowing unrestricted street access to the room. Additionally, the in-room lockers were noted as too small and required guests to provide their own locks.

Severe mold in the bathroom aggravated my asthma. The hotel refused to shorten our stay or provide a refund when we had to leave early.

Guest reported unsanitary bedding conditions including dirty, smelly sheets and a mattress with exposed metal springs, raising significant hygiene and physical safety concerns. Additionally, poor sound insulation allowed disruptive external noise to affect sleep quality.
