The hotel was comfortable and clean, with helpful staff. The location was quiet and not touristy, which felt safe.

The toilet in my room was blocked and nearly flooded, and my friend's room had a toilet flood at 2 AM. I had to go to the lobby to use the bathroom.

The toilet in my room backed up and overflowed with sewage around 1:30 AM. The shower water pressure was also so weak I could only wash my hair properly with cold water.
