Shilla Stay Yeoksam

The hotel's heating system was locked at 25°C and couldn't be adjusted. I had to keep the window and door open to cool the room, which felt very insecure.

Guest reported the air conditioning was turned off until 8am, resulting in uncomfortably warm room temperatures that severely disrupted sleep and led to an early departure.

The hotel turned off the AC in my room and refused to fix it, leaving the temperature at 27°C. They only offered a fan, which is unacceptable for basic comfort and health.
