The central heating was broken and made the room unbearably hot. The only solution was a very loud AC that kept me awake, and the staff were unhelpful when I called.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel secure.

Guest reported the absence of a lobby, which limits available safe indoor waiting or working areas and reduces staff visibility for immediate assistance.

The room layout was unconventional with a sink at knee height in the middle of the room and no proper bathroom area. This created a tripping hazard and a lack of privacy for basic hygiene.
