I was double-charged and couldn't get any response from the hotel. The lack of communication and billing issues made me feel financially unsafe and unsupported.

Guest reported a non-functional air conditioner and observed mold growth near the AC outlet, resulting in excessively humid and uncomfortable room conditions. The bathroom also lacked any ventilation, compounding the air quality and health concerns.

Guest reported the elevator operates extremely slowly, taking approximately 10 minutes to travel from the 20th floor to ground level, which could impact emergency egress and guest mobility.
