Guest reported difficulty navigating the room due to old, loose carpeting that shifted under luggage, creating a potential tripping hazard. Additionally, the absence of an elevator required carrying suitcases up stairs, which posed a mobility challenge.

Guest reported a lack of soundproofing, allowing conversations to be clearly heard between rooms, which compromised privacy. Additionally, the air conditioning control was described as excessively cold and potentially non-adjustable, impacting room comfort.

Our door had movement when closed which should be fixed. Also had to be super careful with the step down from the shower due to slippery feet.
