The steep, precarious stairs to all rooms were a real concern, especially with no help for luggage. The constant subway noise all night required earplugs to sleep.

I had to leave my luggage in a cramped hallway until my room was ready, which didn't feel safe and gave me anxiety. The narrow, curved stairs were difficult for carrying luggage up.
