My room was right next to a train station. The loud dinging every 10-15 minutes, all night, made it impossible to sleep.

Guest reported elevator service outage requiring them to walk down 11 floors with luggage, and also experienced a heating malfunction in the room that required nighttime maintenance.

Guest reported being threatened with eviction by front desk staff during a credit card processing dispute, with staff shouting and refusing alternative payment methods.
