The owner lied about the pool having RO water and not being chlorinated. We saw chlorine being added and our kids' eyes were red from it.

The presence of an unsupervised cat that disturbed guest property and uncommunicated additional charges further impacted the safety and comfort of the stay.

Guest reported that cats accessed and contaminated their food on the cottage lawn, and the owner dismissed the health concern. The guest also described being yelled at and aggressively ordered to leave during a discussion.

The staff tried to make me sign a blank document after the event, which felt like a serious security and trust issue.
