Quality Hotel Carlton

Our room had a strong sewage smell and both duvets were stained with brown liquid. I had to keep the door open to air it out.

The door lock had a flat battery and wasn't fixed even after six keycard requests. The car park gate is never locked or closed, so the 'secure' parking is useless.

Guest reported a lack of hot water, with only lukewarm water available despite running taps for extended periods. Additionally, the guest observed unclean conditions, including grimy bathroom tile grout and used coffee mugs left uncleaned from previous occupants.

Guest reported a complete water outage in the morning and inconsistent water temperature during showers, posing a significant inconvenience and potential scalding risk. Additionally, ongoing renovations resulted in clutter obstructing hallways.
