Guest reported being unable to access the property after hours due to it being locked with no staff present, requiring reliance on an unresponsive security contact number. This lack of accessible staff or clear after-hours procedures created a significant safety and security concern, leaving the guest stranded late at night.

Staff were abusive if residents spoke up and I was told not to make a complaint. There was lots of inappropriate behaviour by staff and residents.

Guest reported the town operates under significant corporate restrictions affecting access to essential services like stores, food shops, banks, and gas stations. This environment may impact a traveler's ability to procure necessities or access emergency services.
