Hilton - very nice unit

I left my wallet with cash in the room. The hotel's handling of the lost property and lack of manager response raised serious concerns about security and accountability.

Guest reported that the AC unit was excessively loud and located in a locked closet, severely disrupting sleep. The hallway on the top floor was also noted as warm and stuffy, indicating potential ventilation issues.

The front desk staff were completely unhelpful and seemed indifferent to guest needs. This lack of responsiveness could be a serious problem in an emergency situation.
