I was asked to send photos of my credit card and driver's license before arrival, which felt like a major identity theft risk. When I refused and offered to show them in person, I was denied check-in and still charged.

Guest reported multiple health and safety hazards including mold in the refrigerator, a shower with dangerously inconsistent water temperature control, and non-functional appliances. The guest also noted that management was unresponsive when these critical issues were reported.

Guest reported the property office is not staffed daily, creating potential delays for check-in and limiting immediate assistance availability. Service is provided only every two weeks, requiring guests to wash their own towels, which raises hygiene and convenience concerns.

The front security door didn't lock, which was a real concern. The staircase was also very narrow.
