Guest reported damaged carpet with loose fibers near the bathroom, which could pose a trip hazard. The walls were also noted as being in need of repair.

The bathroom sliding door needs a stopper. It slams easily and could be very noisy for others at night.

The GM was unresponsive and dismissive when I needed assistance. This lack of staff support could be a serious issue in an emergency.
