Aluxstay - Malvern

The elevator has been out of service for a month, with signs saying it will be out for 9 weeks. This made it very difficult for guests with mobility issues to navigate the stairs.

Guest reported unsanitary conditions in the ladies' restroom, including a strong urine odor and visibly stained toilet seats, indicating a potential health hazard. Additionally, inadequate heating in both the guest room and spa treatment areas negatively impacted comfort and relaxation.

The room was damp and the window wouldn't open, which made the air feel stale. The bathroom extractor fan was also broken.
