Guest reported unprofessional and confrontational behavior from front desk staff, which created a hostile arrival experience and could impact guest safety by discouraging communication of concerns.

The fire alarm went off repeatedly for 45 seconds at a time with no explanation or apology. We weren't informed if it was a test or a real issue.

Guest reported ongoing construction with common areas unfinished and carpeting covered in plastic, creating potential trip hazards and limiting access to essential facilities. Additionally, unclear elevator access between wings and unhelpful staff direction could cause confusion during emergencies.
