Staff entered our room without permission while we were sleeping, shouting 'control!' despite the 'do not disturb' sign being on. This happened twice and felt like a serious breach of privacy and security.

I found flies on the rice at the buffet. The hot trolley wasn't keeping food at safe temperatures, and staff poured new food over old, cold leftovers.
