The hotel has two separate buildings with different amenities. I had to confirm which building my room was in to access specific facilities like a hot tub.

Guest reported unprofessional front desk interactions during late-night check-in and morning checkout, with staff failing to handle requests efficiently and creating unnecessary urgency. The lack of procedural clarity and accusatory communication impacted the guest's experience and sense of reliability.

Guest reported a severe pest infestation in their room, with multiple bugs observed on the headboard, lampshade, and walls. Management dismissed the issue as normal and refused a refund, while a janitor attempted to address it with unsanitary manual methods.

Guest reported a critical failure in accessible accommodation provision, where a pre-booked and deposit-secured accessible room was not honored, forcing a guest with disabilities to depart without lodging.
