StayCentral - Heidelberg Heights Penthouse

I booked and paid for an accommodation that turned out to be a complete scam. The company is now shut down and completely unreachable.

The staff's unhelpful and rude behavior made me feel unsupported. I was worried about what would happen if there was a real emergency.

The pool was really small and dirty. I would say it's your own risk if you book there.
