The apartment was very dirty with questionable stains on the couch and bedding, and huge patches on the carpet that looked like blood. I couldn't relax because I felt like anything I touched would give me an infection.

Guest reported the rooms were filthy with cobwebs present, indicating significant cleaning and maintenance failures. The condition was described as unacceptable for operation.

Guest reported significant mold presence in bathrooms, dirty carpets with exposed nails, and a non-functional bathroom exhaust fan. The bedroom also lacked accessible electrical sockets, raising safety and habitability concerns.

Found mold in the bathroom and the floors were so dirty my granddaughter's feet turned black from walking around.
