Guest reported a severe food safety incident involving a 3cm wire gauze found in their meal. The establishment's subsequent denial of the issue raises significant concerns about accountability and hazard management.

The bathroom floor was wet and had a lot of hair, which was a slip hazard and very unhygienic. The broken facilities and unclear instructions from staff made navigating the property difficult.

The bathroom drain backed up and flooded the floor during showers. Reported it to reception but nothing was done to fix it.
