Guest reported multiple critical health and safety hazards, including exposed electrical wiring, removed smoke detectors, and visible mold in the bathroom. The presence of soiled conditions and cigarette debris led the guest to vacate the premises immediately.

Guest reported the room lacked a smoke detector and had structural hazards including holes in the ceiling and a bathroom door in disrepair. The room was described as filthy with unsanitary conditions, including plastic sheets on the bed.

The bathroom sink was disgustingly dirty and I hated using it. The toilet roll holder was broken and the bath/spa was out of order.

Guest reported severe health hazards including bed bug infestation, blood on bathroom floor, and black mold in the shower. The guest also alleged serious security concerns regarding credit card fraud, unauthorized surveillance, and hostile management behavior.
