Guest reported excessive noise from other guests and machinery throughout the night, significantly disrupting sleep. The air conditioner was also noted to be unusually noisy.

Had to park in a steep, dark back row after 20 minutes of searching. The manager on call was dismissive and offered no help during a stressful situation.
